Cancellation & Refund Policy

Dine-in cancellations: Please give us a heads-up at least 24 hours before your reservation.
Online orders: You can only cancel or get a refund if we haven't started prepping your food.
Mexzo can't offer refunds if you cancel late or don't show up.
